- First step is to register with us by signing up a new account. We will save your address and details so that you can shop quicker next time without having to fill all the details again.
- Then, all you need to do now is browse!
- Once you have found the item you interested in, kindly select your preferred meal. Please ensure that the variation and quantity are correct. You can amend quantities by entering in the correct quantity and selecting “Update Cart”. Next, click on the ADD TO CART button.
- You can either click on the ‘Continue Shopping’ button or review the items in your cart by clicking on ‘View Cart & Checkout’.
- If you’re happy with the items in your shopping bag, click ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’ to complete your order. If you have a discount code you would like to use, enter your code in the field available. The discount code field is on the right side of the same page, under your order summary.

All orders are processed within 1-2 working days. Paid orders made before 11am will be shipped out on the day itself. Orders made after that will be shipped the next day. Once your order has been processed and packed, you will receive an order confirmation email, which will include your order number assigned and an invoice.

Made an error in your order? Please email us at [email protected] immediately within one hour after placing your order to ensure we will be able to make amendments in time. If it’s too late to cancel your order and we’ve proceed with delivery, we will need to ask you to return the items and you will be reimbursed in the form of store credit.

Our packaging are engineered with a special combination layers of different materials and sealant to allow an efficient heating process.
KEMBARA Meals can be heated up by just add any liquid (sea water, river water, fresh water, coffee, soda, ice especially when you are travelling during winter…and this means ANYTHING) and you’ll be ready to enjoy a hot home-styled meal in 7-10 minutes!

KEMBARA Meals are cooked in multi-layer tubs that allow for sterilization on a high temperature through a process called retorting that will kill all the microbes and bacteria. Retort technology was originally developed by NASA to preserve the natural flavor and nutrition in the ingredients.
KEMBARA Meals are allowed only if you packed it in your check-in luggage. After all, no foods or drinks are allowed to enter the aircraft cabin.
Besides that, for countries which are very strict such as Australia & New Zealand, kindly declare KEMBARA Meals as instant rice.
You can use any kind of liquid such as tap water, river water, sea water, rain, coffee, soda or even an ice especially when you are travelling to overseas during winter season.
Strictly prohibited of using hot water or boiling water to heat up KEMBARA Meals! It can cause excess heat reactions which can lead to injury.
